*Americare is licensed by the State of Louisiana and carries Professional Liability, General Liability, and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. All Americare staff must pass several pre-hire requirements including: an informal interview, reference check, pre-hire and random drug screenings. In addition, staff must pass the following requirements upon hire and annually thereafter: a background check, exclusion and adverse action database checks, and a Louisiana OMV Driver Status Inquiry.
